We made these shortcakes with leftover biscuits from a fried chicken and corn night. No one in my family loves super sweet desserts, so the biscuits were the perfect touch. With a savory biscuit, a slightly sweetened whipped cream, and the grilled nectarines slices, these shortcakes were close to perfect.
